Here's a crash course in body brushing basics:
With a soft brush (like the JOYA Crystal Brush Roller), you brush to massage the surface of your skin. So you go up your legs, brushing only upwards (not up and down or circles), up the lower back and tummy (here you can brush in clockwise motion). Then down the neck and down the arms towards your heart.
Never use hard brushes and don’t brush on wounds.
