Shipping
At JOYA we hold enough stock to ensure orders can be fulfilled promptly.  We endeavour to despatch orders from our Queensland office the same or next business day, after receipt of payment. 
The freight cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed with payment.

Our preferred parcel delivery methods are Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.  Please note that in some instances a signature may be required upon arrival.

If no one is home during business hours we recommended a work address be provided for delivery. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address. 

If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, Fastway Couriers will contact you via a card or telephone to organise a suitable time to deliver your parcel. Australia Post will leave a card advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. 

Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded or lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us – info@joya-australia.com.au or call us on 0406 971 387 and we will follow this up with Australia Post / Fastway Couriers.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post
via Registered Post
International or Express Service.

(We did experience some technical issues where no postage was calculated. In the unlikely case that this happens again, we would inform you about the postage amount and hold your order until it is paid (mostly via PayPal).

All items entering a foreign country (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA ) are subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that particular country's national laws. Duties and taxes (including Goods and Services Tax, "GST", and Value-added Tax, "VAT") will be the responsibility of the recipient outside of Australia. Any handling charge, duty and/or tax charged or collected by external parties will not be refunded in any way by JOYA-Australia. Please check with your local authorities on your tax and duty regulations.

If the recipient refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes and duties incurred. These charges will be billed through the buyer's method of payment.



Payment

1. Paying by credit card via PayPal
You can pay with your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) using PayPal. Using your credit card over the internet with PayPal is straightforward and secure. You don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. 

Acceptance Mark

When you have finalised your purchases, go to the “Your Shopping Cart – PayPal” secure website which opened when you put the first item into your Shopping Cart. This site will show all products you added to your Cart with the total payment, including freight.

Click on “Proceed to Checkout”. Here you will be prompted to either a) login into your PayPal in account b) OR to continue where it says: “Don't have a PayPal account?”.

If you don’t have a PayPal account:
3a) If you don’t have a PayPal account you will need to enter your name, address and credit card information which is safely encrypted.
4a) At the next step you can “Review your Order”.
5a) Finish your purchase by clicking on “Pay Now”.
6a) When this is complete you will be informed (via email) that the payment has been made.

If you have a PayPal account:
3b) Login in, review your purchase and finalise it by clicking on “Pay Now”.
4b) When this is complete you will be informed via email that the payment has been made.

2. Paying by credit card via Telephone
Contact us by phone or email with your postal address and a list of the products and quantities you would like to buy. We will calculate the total cost of the order including postage and you can give your credit card details over the phone.

3. Paying by bank transfer
Contact us by email with your postal address and a list of the products and quantities you would like to buy and we will send you an invoice with the total cost of the order including postage and our bank details. When we receive the transfer from your financial institution we will ship the items to you.

4. Paying by cheque or money order
We are happy to receive payment by cheque or money order if you are not comfortable with electronic payment or don’t have a credit card. This will take a little longer to process as we are not able to post your order until the money enters our account.

Returns & Exchange

In the unlikely case that you don't like your JOYA, you must contact us to organise returning and refund of your purchase.

Please Note that you have 7 days from receipt of your order to apply for an Exchange/Return. Authorisations expire 14 days after the issue date. Items received after the expiry date will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.

Queensland's Fair Trading Act 1989, protects consumers and provides for an equitable, competitive, informed and safe market place, and JOYA-Australia will make every effort to comply with the terms and spirit of this and other relevant acts relating to Fair Trading.

All returned items must be in NEW CONDITIONS (no signs of usage on the item, any accessories and packaging). Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering will incur an administration cost of $9.50 inclusive of GST. The fee is also payable for all returns where the item has to be cleaned by us or accompanying products show signs if use.

If you think your product is faulty please contact us prior to returning it within 7 days after receiving your product. In case of a faulty item your return-postage will be refunded in accordance with consumer laws.


Important Information:

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.

All faults and discrepancies must be reported to us on 0406 971 387 or via email email to info@joya-australia.com.au within 7 working days of receipt so the matter can be rectified. Anything reported after this time and without a warranty will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.

If, in the case that we have made a mistake with your order we will provide you with a return address and we will pay for the item to be re-despatched and refund your return-postage.

If you have made a mistake regarding the item you have ordered then POSTAGE MUST BE PAID BY THE SENDER (you) both to and from our warehouse.

All items returned must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. REGISTERED POST IS ADVISABLE to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.

Postage costs may be refundable depending on the circumstance (in accordance with consumer laws).

If any item is returned to us 'postage to be paid on delivery' all charges incurred by JOYA-Australia will be deducted from any credit that you might receive.

Overseas/International Returns:

Returns will only be accepted from customers who purchased from ourselves (JOYA-Australia).
If your return of the goods is due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered items and the value is over $1000 and incurs GST & Duty, this will be deducted from any credit that you might receive.


JOYA Massage Training – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Conditions of Registrations

1.         We welcome registrations from anybody with a genuine interest in massage. Qualified Massage- or Beauty Therapist will be certified as JOYA Massage Practitioner and are able to obtain membership and insurance through IICT.

2.         Class sizes are limited. If there are insufficient numbers for any Training, JOYA-Australia reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Training.

3.         Once you signed up online for a training or booked and payed for an In-house training we will send you a Questionnaire and important information for your training.

4.         JOYA-Australia, at its discretion, reserves the right to alter the content, dates or fees of any Training. Participants will be informed of any substantial changes via email or phone.

5.         Trainings must be paid in advance unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us to discuss.

6.         All prices are inclusive of GST.

Course Cancellation - Transfers - Refunds

As our Trainings are “hands on” courses we aim to have an even number of participants. Therefore it is extremely important to us to have a high level of certainty of registrations and the following policies have been put in place for cancellations, transfers and refunds:

1.       Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the commencement of the training: 100% refund less $25.00 cancellation fee.
          Transfer to the next available training/a later In-House Training is possible ONCE.

2.       Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the commencement of the training: 75% refund with a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee.

3.       Cancellation up to 7 days before the commencement of the training: 50% refund.

4.       Cancellation within 7 days before the commencement of the training: NO REFUND

5.       If the Training is an In-House Training any additional out of pocket expenses that are unable to be recovered are payable by the student (Spa, Clinic, etc).
